The Institutes in Singapore are Edu Trust Certified. The Edu Trust Certification Scheme (Edu Trust) is a quality assurance scheme administered by Council of Private Education (CPE) for Private Education Institutes (PEIs) in Singapore. It aims to distinguish private institutes that are able to consistently maintain a high standard of quality in the overall provision of education services and make continual improvements that lead to positive student outcomes.
Yes, you need to apply for a student visa to study in Singapore. The online visa application has to be done once you get an offer letter.
An international student can work during the school term without a work pass if he/she is a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of Institutions approved by Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and holds a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

The student can work up to 16 hours a week (maximum) under an industrial attachment programme conducted by his/her university. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards his/her graduation requirements.

However international students are not allowed to work part time while they are studying with Foreign University Campuses or Private Education Institutes.
International students can work during vacation without a work pass if they are:
  1. Full-time matriculated or registered students in one of the approved institutions
  2. Holding a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA)
